Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using Nexus Telemetry ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Liquidbinary Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales.

You may not:

• • Copy, modify, or distribute the Software except as expressly permitted
• • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• • Sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Software to third parties
• • Use the Software to interfere with or circumvent Starlink's terms of service
• • Share your licence key with others or exceed the device activation limit

We offer free trial periods for both Home (7 days) and Pro (14 days) editions. During the trial, you have full access to the respective features. No payment information is required to start a trial.

At the end of the trial period, you must purchase a licence to continue using the Software.

• • Home Edition: One-time payment for a perpetual licence.
• • Pro Edition: Recurring subscription (monthly or annual). Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

All prices are displayed in your local currency where supported. Prices may be subject to applicable taxes.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all Starlink hardware versions or firmware updates.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LIQUIDBINARY LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Software shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Nexus Telemetry is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Starlink or SpaceX. "Starlink" is a trademark of Space Exploration Technologies Corp.

The Software interacts with your Starlink hardware using publicly available interfaces. Compatibility may be affected by changes to Starlink's firmware or services.

We may terminate or suspend your licence immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.

You may terminate your licence at any time by uninstalling the Software. For Pro subscriptions, cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Software or by email at least 30 days before taking effect.

Your continued use of the Software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
